张崇会火锅·第九届中国（重庆）国际火锅产业博览会全新升级，规划120000㎡的展出面积，汇聚2000+火锅产业链企业，60000+种展品，从上游农牧业食材原料，到中游底料、调料、酒水饮料、设施设备，再到下游火锅品牌，以及衍生零售、配套、文旅体验，打通火锅产业链上中下游及衍生周边与跨界，预计将吸引全国12万+专业观众。

The Zhang Chonghui Hotpot - The 9th China (Chongqing) International Hotpot Industry Expo has undergone a comprehensive upgrade. It will feature a planned exhibition area of 120,000 square meters, bringing together over 2,000 enterprises from the hotpot industry chain and showcasing more than 60,000 products. The event encompasses the entire hotpot industry chain, from upstream agricultural ingredients to midstream base materials, seasonings, beverages, and equipment, as well as downstream hotpot brands and related retail, support, and cultural tourism experiences. This initiative aims to connect the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors of the hotpot industry chain and is expected to attract over 120,000 professional visitors from across the country.
